What we collect

Information you provide: name, email address, telephone number, website address and anything you include in an enquiry or during a scheduled call.

Information collected automatically: page views, device and browser characteristics, approximate location derived from IP address, referring source and campaign parameters such as UTM values. Non-essential collection only occurs where you have given consent.

Why we use it

To respond to enquiries and arrange strategy calls; to prepare proposals; to provide services under an agreement; to understand how the website performs; and to measure the effectiveness of our marketing where you have consented.

Our lawful bases are: performance of a contract or steps taken at your request, legitimate interests in operating and improving our business, consent where required for non-essential cookies and marketing, and compliance with legal obligations.

Sharing

We share data with service providers that support our operations, including our customer relationship management platform, scheduling tools, analytics providers and hosting infrastructure. Providers act on our instructions under contract.

We do not sell personal data.

Retention
